Hi,
I’m Oscar Nygren, founder of Live Your Purpose, a community of empaths from all over the world, each on a journey to embody their higher self.
This Is My Story
I grew up in a traditional Swedish family in Stockholm. From the outside, it looked like I had everything a kid could need—materially, at least. But emotionally, it was a different story. Being sensitive in a family that valued getting things done over feeling things, I quickly learned to ignore my own emotions. I didn’t realize it then, but the pain of neglecting myself would follow me for years.
My Time Struggling
With every emotion I pushed down, I lost a piece of myself. I started having intense stomach aches that, that looking back, were the physical echoes of the emotions I’d buried inside. Pain had become a regular part of my life. But back then, I just thought that was how things were. I didn’t realize that pain was trying to tell me something.
Because I had been ignoring my emotions for so long, I began to hate myself. I was terrified of people rejecting me if they saw the “real me,” so I kept hiding, even as I longed for connection. I was stuck in this push and pull—afraid of being seen, yet desperate to be loved. This went on for years, and I felt alone in a way I can't describe.
The Turning Point
Everything changed when I attended an event called “comfort zone crushing.” The challenge? Lie flat on the ground in a crowded space for 2 minutes and just feel the discomfort. When I lay down on that cold floor, with strangers giving me odd looks, it felt like the fear would consume me. But after a minute something strange happened. The fear… just stopped. For the first time, I felt calm. I had stared straight into my pain and found that it didn’t have the power I thought it did.
My Big Realization
That experience was a breakthrough for me. I learned that pain isn’t something to avoid—it’s a guide, telling us where we need healing. By giving the pain my full attention, I started to see it for what it was: a signal pointing towards my unmet needs. I began to follow my pain to its source, listening to the messages it held about my deepest fears and desires. Pain wasn’t my enemy; it was my teacher.
Living My Purpose
Now, through Live Your Purpose, I guide empaths on their journey of self-discovery and transformation. I understand the unique challenges of being highly sensitive in a world that often doesn't value this trait. But I also know that our sensitivity is a powerful tool for connecting with our higher purpose.
If you're ready to transform your pain into purpose and live authentically, I invite you to join the program. Together, we'll navigate the path to embodying your higher self and fulfilling your true life purpose.
Remember, your emotions are not obstacles; they're signposts guiding you toward your true self. Embrace them, and you'll find the path to living your purpose.
